Thank You Verses Velocity Of Liquid In A Pipe Help Please, Thank You?

Velocity of liquid in a pipe help please, thank you? - thank you verses

A viscous incompressible fluid is not at rest in the vertical part of the tube, where L = 2.09 m. When you open the valve, the fluid in the horizontal section of the pipeline. What is the velocity of the fluid, if they are all in the horizontal section? Suppose the cross section of the pipe is constant.

You have to use Bernoulli's equation? If so, you can show me the steps?

Thanks
